All Monthly & Quarterly subscriptions will be scheduled to accommodate the customer to the best of our ability. One-time clean will be scheduled on earliest availability we have. For our subscription customers, the price at the time of sign-up is guaranteed for the first 12-months (cancel anytime, there is no contract). After the first 12 months, Scrub Squad has the right to increase subscription price by up to 7%. Price increases can ONLY happen once every 12 months. We stride to offer the lowest prices and best quality work in the area. Note, although we offer 30-day money back guarantee and cancel anytime, if a customer subscribes to monthly or quarterly and cancels after ONE (1) clean, they will be charged the price of a one-time clean.

By signing up for a reoccurring subscription (monthly or quarterly), you authorize Scrub Squad PA LLC to automatically store payment information and charge the payment method on file for each time service is done. Scrub Squad PA LLC will NOT charge you UNTIL service is completed. If you prefer to pay in person, we can accept cash at time of service or take debit/credit card payment as well. If you are unavailable at time of service, invoice can be sent, or payment can be taken over the phone. Failure to pay at time of service being completed or declined automatic charges will incur a 10% late service fee (assuming the service was completed in full), and an additional 10% for every 30 days the payment is late.
